The Service
Openomy is a web-based file storage application. Furthermore, there are open APIs for developers to write applications to use the data you store on our servers. Your data is never shared with any application or other use unless you explicitly give permissions to do so. It's important to note that we provide this service as is and as available and with no guarantees of features or availability. We do a ton of work to make sure that your data is both safe and secure, but we don't take any responsibility if something happens. We also may end this service at any time and without notice.

Use of the service
In order to use the service, you agree that you are abiding by all applicable laws. For example, you must be at least 13 years of age. This service requires a valid email address and a username and password combination. It is your responsibility to keep your username and password safe. While using the service, you may not upload, transfer, or distribute any content which may be illegal in any way or may infringe upon other users' ability to use Openomy.
